This beginner-level course with instructor Jess Stratton begins with a tour of the interface and shows how to connect a wide variety of email accounts to Outlook. Jess then shows how to quickly create, send, and read email and reduce your inbox clutter, create and share contacts, and stay on schedule with calendars and tasks. She also goes over how to make the most of Outlook's accessibility features, including features for users with disabilities as well as tools to help ensure accessibility in your emails and calendar invites. Plus, Jess introduces using Microsoft Copilot with Outlook.
