Robotnik takes Professor Von Schlemmer hostage and uses his growth machine to try and enlarge himself. However, the machine backfires, and enlarges Tails instead in nearby Wienerville. Robotnik tricks the citizens into thinking that Sonic is the villain, while Robotnik is the hero planning to save the city from Tails.
