After being shrunk by a shrinking machine and ending up on a dog having a bubble bath, Alexander, his cousin Judy, and a tiny robot try to survive encounters with insects, soapy bubbles, and bathtub and toilet drains.

While trying to recover from their accidental underwater adventure, Andrew, his cousin Judy, and Thudd the robot are swallowed by a blue whale, the world's largest creature.

Andrew, his cousin Judy, and Thudd the robot accidentally set off in Uncle Al's latest invention, a Volkswagen Beetle converted for deep sea exploration, and try to prevent the evil Soggy Bob from taking a rare ocean creature.

When Uncle Al is kidnapped by Dr. Kron-Tox and sent to prehistoric times, Andrew, his cousin Judy, and Thudd the robot try to use Uncle Al's latest invention, the Time-A-Tron, to rescue him, and learn first-hand about the origins of the universe.

When Andrew and Judy, still the size of beetles, are carried into a cave, they learn more than they ever wanted to know about the bats and bugs that live there from Thudd the Robot--and personal experience. Thanks to an invention mishap Andrew, Judy, and Thudd have been shrunk down to the size of bugs. That's a serious problem when they get lost in a deep, dark, and bat-filled cave. Bats love to eat bugs! Will Andrew, Judy, and Thudd find a light...

Andrew, his cousin Judy, and Thudd the robot, having been shrunk by a shrinking machine, encounter many terrifying creatures, including Mrs. Scuttle, as they try to reach the Atom Sucker before it explodes.

Still reduced to the size of insects, Andrew, Judy, and the robot Thudd go to a pond, where they encounter dragonflies, moss animals, and fierce larvae in an attempt to learn why frogs are disappearing throughout the world.

When ten-year-old Andrew invents a shrinking machine, he does not expect to be sucked into the machine along with his cousin Judy, only to end up in a dog's nose.

After escaping from the belly of a whale, Andrew and his cousin Judy face more dangers from their underwater nemesis, Soggy Bob, in the Great Barrier Reef.
