Produced by the U.S. Army, this classic episode in The Big Picture series details the landing of paratroopers near Munsan, the crossing of the Imjin River by the Republic of Korean troops, the "one-two punch" of the 8th Army, and the-tank infantry team that crossed the 38th Parallel. With footage provided by the National Archives and Records Administration, this video briefly examines a report on the activation of SHAPE in Paris with a few words from former General of the Army Dwight D. Eisenhower. Interviews with veterans of Korean fighting are also included in this historical recording.
